Trade Terms

No surprises, no hidden fees. Here is exactly how we work with international buyers of dehydrated vegetables, spices, and agri products.

Incoterms We Support

FOB (Free on Board): We deliver goods to the port of shipment. You arrange main carriage and insurance. Most of our buyers prefer FOB Mundra.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight): We handle freight and insurance to your destination port. Popular for buyers who want a delivered price.
CFR (Cost and Freight): We handle freight to destination. You arrange insurance. A good middle option.

Payment Terms

We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), and D/P (Documents against Payment). Standard terms are 30% advance and 70% against copy of documents. For established buyers, we offer more flexible terms. Every quote is upfront and final. No price changes after confirmation.

Currencies

We quote and invoice in USD by default. EUR and GBP are available on request. Domestic Indian buyers can pay in INR.

Shipping Ports & Lead Times

We ship from Mundra and Nhava Sheva (JNPT). Production lead time from order confirmation: 10-14 days. Average delivery to major international ports: 18-22 days. Container options: 20ft and 40ft FCL. We provide tracking updates throughout the shipping process.

Order Flexibility

We do not have a fixed minimum order quantity. Whether you need a small trial batch or full container loads, we can work with you. Most regular buyers order 10-20 MT per shipment, but we are happy to discuss any order size.
