What products do you manufacture and export?
We manufacture and export dehydrated vegetables (onion, garlic, tomato, ginger, beetroot, carrot, potato, and more), Indian spices (turmeric, black pepper, cumin, chilli, coriander, fenugreek), and agri products. Over 50 products available in forms like powder, flakes, granules, minced, chopped, and kibbled.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we do not have a fixed minimum order quantity. Whether you need a small trial batch or a full 20 MT container load, we can work with you. Most of our regular buyers order 10-20 MT per shipment, but we are happy to discuss any order size. Contact us and we will figure out what works best for your needs.
Which certifications do you have?
We hold FSSAI certification, ISO 22000:2018 certification, and APEDA registration. Our facility is HACCP compliant. We meet FDA, EU, and Middle East import standards. Every shipment comes with a Certificate of Analysis from our in-house lab.
Do you provide lab reports with every shipment?
Yes, always. We test every batch in our own lab before shipping. You receive a full Certificate of Analysis covering moisture content, microbial load, pesticide residue, and any additional parameters your market requires. No exceptions.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
We reply to all inquiries within 2 to 4 hours during business hours. Most Indian exporters take 2-5 days. Your production schedule cannot wait, and neither should you. Our team is available via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
What packaging options are available?
Standard packaging is food-grade HDPE bags in 20-25 kg sizes. We also offer Kraft paper bags, custom private label packaging with your branding, and flexible packaging options. We adjust packaging based on your market requirements and order volume.
Which ports do you ship from and what is the delivery time?
We ship from Mundra and Nhava Sheva (JNPT) ports. Average delivery time is 18-22 days to major ports in USA, Europe, and the Middle East. Lead time from order confirmation to shipment is typically 10-14 days.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), Letter of Credit (L/C), and D/P (Documents against Payment). Typical terms are 30% advance and 70% against copy of documents. We are flexible and can discuss specific terms based on order value and your business relationship.
Can I get a free sample before ordering?
Absolutely. We encourage every new buyer to test our quality first. Use the Request Sample form on our website or contact us directly with the products you want. We ship samples within 48 hours and follow up with full specs and pricing.
Do you offer private label and custom specifications?
Yes. We can adjust moisture content, mesh size, packaging design, and labeling to your exact requirements. Many of our clients sell our products under their own brand. We handle everything from production to packing in our Gujarat facility.

Every shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Analysis, and copies of our FSSAI and ISO certificates. We handle all export documentation so your customs clearance is smooth.
